SHIPPING 

We at Löwin Intimates currently ship our products to our customers straight from our Brazilian atelier, in São Paulo.

The courier that we use for shipping is FedEX.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $500 USD. 

    It can take up to 2 business days for us to process your order and have it collected & shipped by FedEx.

    Please note that if you have placed your order during the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.  

     

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Below you will able to find the delivery time per region:  

    • USA - 3 to 5 business days with FedEx International Economy & 1 to 2 business days with FedEx International Priority.

    • Canada -  3 to 5 business days with FedEx International Economy & 1 to 2 business days with FedEx International Priority.

    • Europe -  3 to 5 business days with FedEx International Economy & 1 to 2 business days with FedEx International Priority.

    • Australia & New Zealand - 5 to 8 business days with FedEx International Economy & 2 to 4 business days with FedEx International Priority.

    • Asia - 6 to 12 business days with FedEx International Economy & 3 to 5 business days with FedEx International Priority.

    *please be advised that there are some countries from the regions above mentioned, which are not currently displayed on our shipping list. If you don't see your country on the list, please send us an e-mail to info@loewinintimates.com so we can add your country to our shipping list*.  

     

    TAXES & DUTIES

    Please be aware that taxes and duties may incur in your order once it arrives to your country of destination.

    Löwin Intimates is not held accountable to any taxes & duties, you are responsible for those.

    Nonetheless, you can be exempt of tax & import duties.

    Please check what rules apply to your country/region as stated below: 

    • USA customers do not pay any import taxes & duties for orders that total up to 800USD. Orders above 800USD will be subject to import taxes & duties.

    • EU customers pay customs duties regardless of the order's value. The customs duty for bras, bodysuits & playsuits is of 12% and for panties is is 6%. Plus, EU customers also pay import VAT, the import VAT rate depends on the country you are ordering from, i.e. if you are ordering from The Netherlands the VAT rate is of 21%.

    • AUSTRALIAN customers do not pay any import taxes & duties for orders that total up to 1000AUD. Orders above 1000AUD will be subject to import taxes & duties.

    • CANADIAN pay customs duties, please find more information on the exact amount/percentage of duties here.

    We are working on adding new payment methods in the coming months.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We do not accept any returns.

    We do not accept any exchanges of panties due to hygiene reasons.

    Orders that are not full price, i.e. placed with a coupon code, are not eligible for exchanges.

    Do you want to exchange an item or more to one of a different size? Or maybe even exchange it for a different item? That is possible!

    Please contact us within the 14 days of the delivery date of your order, so we can arrange your exchange, just e-mail us at info@loewinintimates.com and we will help you out.

    We do not cover any shipment costs in case you would like to exchange a piece, those need to be covered by you.
